Integrative healing sessions
These 1:1 integrative healing sessions use intuitive energy healing, traditional herbalism, plant & body wisdom, and soul-centered coaching to support emotional release, spiritual clarity, and whole-body balance.
Healing isn't one-dimensional. And neither are you.
Our physical bodies, emotions, thoughts, energy, and spiritual lives are all interconnected, and I believe that meaningful healing involves making space for the whole person rather than focusing on just one piece of the puzzle.
My Integrative Healing Sessions bring together Reiki, intuitive energy work, traditional herbalism, plant & body wisdom, and soul-centered coaching to explore what you're experiencing on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. I draw on both my training and intuition, allowing each session to unfold according to your individual needs rather than following a predetermined formula.
Sometimes that means working primarily with Reiki and energy healing. Other times, we may spend more time talking through something you're navigating, exploring a recurring pattern, or connecting with the wisdom of plants. I work with herbs for their traditional physical uses as well as their spiritual and energetic qualities, and sometimes a particular plant will come forward intuitively as part of our work. That doesn't necessarily mean you'll be taking herbs or following a protocol; the plant itself may simply offer another way to explore what's coming up for you.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that your own soul is the guide. While I bring my knowledge, experience, and intuitive insights into our sessions, I don't believe anyone else should have the final say over what feels right for you. We work collaboratively, making room for your questions, preferences, and inner knowing as we explore what kind of support may be most meaningful.
My role isn't to tell you what your soul needs, but to help create the space for you to hear it more clearly.
Is This Work Right for You?
People come to me for all sorts of reasons. Some are navigating major changes in their lives, while others have been feeling disconnected from themselves for a while and aren't quite sure why. Some are looking for a more holistic approach to their wellbeing, and others are simply curious about energy work, herbalism, or exploring their spirituality in a deeper way.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to move beyond. Maybe you've been so busy taking care of everyone else that you've lost touch with what you need, or you're at a point in your life where the things that once felt right no longer do.
You might also be dealing with physical health concerns and want to explore complementary ways to support your wellbeing alongside the care you're already receiving. Or perhaps you're interested in the energetic and spiritual side of healing and want to understand yourself beyond the physical.
And sometimes, there isn't a particular problem to solve. You might feel a pull toward this work because you're ready to deepen your connection with yourself, explore your intuition, or simply make space for your own wellbeing.
You don't need to be in crisis, have a diagnosis, or be going through a major life transition to benefit from taking time for yourself. What matters most is that you're open to exploring your experience with curiosity and taking an active role in your own care. My approach tends to resonate with people who want more than someone telling them what to do. If you're interested in understanding yourself more deeply, asking questions, exploring different perspectives, and finding what genuinely feels right for you, we may be a good fit.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you come. You just have to be willing to begin where you are.
What to Expect During Your Session
Every session begins with a conversation. We'll talk about what brought you in, how you've been feeling, and anything happening in your life that you'd like support with. This might include physical concerns, emotional experiences, recurring patterns, spiritual questions, or simply a feeling that something needs attention, even if you can't quite put your finger on what it is.
For our first session, we'll spend more time getting to know you and exploring your health history, lifestyle, and the different aspects of your wellbeing. This helps me understand the bigger picture and gives us a foundation for our work together. You don't need to arrive with a specific goal or know exactly what you need. We can figure out where to begin through our conversation.
From there, the session unfolds naturally. Depending on what we're exploring, we might move into Reiki and intuitive energy work, spend time talking through something that's come up, or incorporate herbalism and traditional body observations. Sometimes a particular plant comes into my awareness during energy work, and we may explore its traditional uses, energetic qualities, or what it brings up for you. Other times, herbs may not be part of the session at all.
If we're doing Reiki, you're welcome to relax comfortably while I work, either through gentle touch or without physical contact. For remote sessions, we'll discuss how to create a comfortable space for you wherever you are. You don't need to meditate, visualize anything, or have a particular experience for the session to be worthwhile.
Throughout our time together, I may share intuitive impressions, observations, or questions that arise. I encourage you to be part of that conversation. You can tell me what resonates, what doesn't, or what you're curious about. I don't expect you to accept something simply because I've said it, and there's always room to ask questions or change direction.
Toward the end of our session, we'll take some time to reflect on what came up and whether there's anything you'd like to carry into your everyday life. This might include a personal practice, something to journal about, a new perspective to sit with, or herbal support if that feels appropriate. My intention is for you to leave feeling supported, heard, and more connected to yourself. Rather than handing you a list of things you should do, I want us to explore what feels meaningful, realistic, and aligned with you.

Explore the modalities BEHIND THE SESSION….
My approach to healing draws on several different practices, including Reiki, intuitive energy work, traditional herbalism, and soul-centered coaching. Although each has its own history and purpose, I've found that they work beautifully together, allowing us to explore what someone is experiencing on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
I don't believe there's one particular way that healing has to look, and I certainly don't believe everyone needs the same approach. Some people come to me wanting energy work, others are interested in herbs, and some aren't entirely sure what they're looking for. That's okay. We have the freedom to explore what feels appropriate as we work together, rather than trying to fit every person into a predetermined treatment or protocol.
Reiki & Intuitive Energy Healing
Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that works with the concept of universal life-force energy. Traditionally, it's practiced through gentle touch or with the hands held just above the body, with the intention of encouraging relaxation, harmony, and a greater sense of connection to oneself.
While Reiki is foundational to my work, my sessions aren't limited to Reiki alone. I also incorporate intuitive energy work and spiritual practices inspired by shamanic traditions. Depending on the session, I may work with the energy body, connect intuitively with someone's higher self, or invite guidance from spiritual guides, healed ancestors, and other benevolent beings. These are all aspects of my personal spiritual practice, and I approach them with the intention of working in harmony with the person receiving the session.
I believe that our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual experiences are deeply interconnected, which is why I love working with energy. It gives us another way to explore what might be happening beneath the surface, particularly when someone feels stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or is moving through a difficult chapter of life.
People have shared all sorts of experiences during sessions. Some become deeply relaxed, while others notice warmth, tingling, images, memories, or emotions they hadn't expected. I've had clients laugh spontaneously, become emotional, or describe a sense of relief after simply allowing themselves to receive. Others experience very little sensation, and that's perfectly fine too. There isn't a particular response we're trying to produce.
During energy work, I may also notice impressions, recurring themes, or plants that come into my awareness. I don't always know immediately why something has appeared, and I don't feel the need to force an explanation. Sometimes the connection becomes clearer as we talk, and sometimes it simply gives us something interesting to explore together. I share these impressions as part of the conversation, rather than assuming that my interpretation must be correct.
Within my spiritual practice, I work with the intention of helping shift stagnant energetic patterns and create space for greater balance and ease. I don't see that as a substitute for addressing physical or psychological health concerns, but as another dimension of support that people may find meaningful.
Reiki and intuitive energy work can be offered both in person and remotely, and the experience is always adapted to the individual.

Herbalism & the Intelligence of Plants
Herbalism is so much more to me than looking at a symptom and finding a plant that's traditionally used for it. I love the physical side of herbal medicine, and my training has given me a deep appreciation for the ways plants have been used to support human wellbeing. But what fascinates me just as much is their energetic and spiritual nature.
I experience plants as living beings with their own intelligence and energetic qualities, and I believe that our relationship with them can influence how we experience ourselves. In my spiritual understanding of herbalism, plants can become allies in shifting energetic patterns, bringing awareness to something we've been carrying, or helping us connect with parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked.
Sometimes I'll be working with someone energetically and a particular herb will come into my awareness. I might have no obvious reason for thinking of it, but as we begin discussing the plant, its traditional uses, or what it represents to the client, the connection may start to make sense. Other times, the client has a strong response before I even explain anything. They might immediately love the name of a plant, feel completely uninterested in it, or recognize something about it that surprises them.
I find that process fascinating because it allows both of us to participate. My intuition might introduce a plant into the conversation, but the client's response is equally important. We can explore what the plant brings up, what I know about it, and whether there's anything meaningful or practical to take from that experience.
Not every plant that comes forward needs to become an herbal preparation. Sometimes we work with a plant through its aroma, symbolism, imagery, or energetic qualities. Other times, we may decide that a tea, tincture, or another preparation is worth considering. And there are plenty of sessions where herbs don't come up at all.
Traditional Herbal Assessment & Body Observation
Alongside the intuitive side of my practice, I'm trained in several traditional herbal assessment techniques, including constitutional assessment, tongue observation, facial observation, nail and eye observation, pulse work, and muscle-response testing.
I enjoy bringing these tools into a session because they encourage us to slow down, observe, and become curious about the body rather than immediately jumping to conclusions. We may look at someone's constitution, health history, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, and other aspects of their wellbeing, while also exploring the emotional and mental experiences that are relevant to them.
Traditional tongue and facial observations, pulse-response methods, and muscle testing are part of certain complementary healing systems, but they aren't reliable methods for diagnosing medical conditions, identifying organ dysfunction, or determining which herbs someone medically needs. I use them as additional opportunities for observation and discussion, not as definitive answers.
When we're considering herbs for physical use, I also look at their known properties, available research, potential interactions, contraindications, and whether they're appropriate for that person's circumstances. Intuition and research don't have to compete with one another; I believe they can be part of the same thoughtful conversation, provided we don't use an intuitive impression to override important safety information.
Herbal Support That Works With Your Life
One thing I want people to understand is that working with me doesn't automatically mean leaving with a long list of herbs to purchase or an elaborate protocol to follow.
Sometimes herbal preparations make sense, and sometimes they don't. I want whatever we explore to feel realistic and genuinely supportive, rather than becoming another thing someone feels obligated to do.
If we decide to incorporate herbs, we'll discuss the options together, including what you're comfortable with, what fits your lifestyle, and any relevant safety considerations. You're always welcome to ask questions, express hesitation, or decide that something isn't for you.
I bring my knowledge and experience to the table, but I also want you to feel involved in your own care. For me, that's one of the most important aspects of working holistically.
Soul-Centered Coaching & Integration
Coaching has become an increasingly important part of my sessions because so much of what people are navigating doesn't fit neatly into a physical or energetic category. Sometimes someone needs space to talk through a decision, understand a pattern they keep repeating, or explore why they feel disconnected from themselves. Other times, something comes up during Reiki or our work with plants that naturally leads into a deeper conversation.
I approach these conversations with curiosity and the belief that each person has their own inner wisdom, even when they're having difficulty hearing it. I may ask questions, share observations, or offer a different perspective, but I'm not interested in telling someone how they should live their life.
We might explore beliefs that have shaped the way you see yourself, emotional patterns that keep resurfacing, the expectations you've absorbed from other people, or the ways you respond when life feels uncertain. Sometimes the work is about finding clarity, and sometimes it's about learning to be comfortable with not having an answer right away.
I also believe that whatever comes up during a session deserves space to be integrated into everyday life. That might mean reflecting on a conversation, trying a new practice, making a small change, or simply paying more attention to something you've started noticing about yourself.
My intention is to support you in developing a stronger relationship with your own intuition and discernment, so that the work we do together becomes something you can carry into the rest of your life.
Bringing It All Together
Although I've described these modalities separately, they aren't necessarily separate experiences when we work together. A session might begin with a conversation, move into Reiki, and lead us toward a plant that feels meaningful to explore. Another session might be mostly coaching, with a little energy work toward the end. Someone else might want to focus on their physical wellbeing and discuss herbal support in greater detail.
I don't expect you to arrive knowing which approach you need, and I don't feel that we have to use every tool available simply because it's there. We can work with what emerges, what you're comfortable with, and what feels appropriate for your circumstances.
Ultimately, I believe that your soul has its own wisdom and that healing is a deeply individual experience. My role is to bring my training, intuition, and experience into that process while giving you space to listen to yourself, ask questions, and participate in the direction of our work.
Whether we're exploring plants, working with energy, or having a conversation, I want you to leave feeling more connected to yourself and more confident in your ability to recognize what support looks like for you.
These sessions are complementary spiritual and wellness practices and do not replace medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment. Herbal recommendations for physical use are considered with appropriate safety information.
