Awakening the Healer Within

Many people receive a Reiki attunement to check a box or add a credential, and then use it infrequently if at all. Our approach is centered on something much deeper: building your confidence and reclaiming your unique spiritual sovereignty. This two day Reiki I certification program is designed to move you past the theory and into the felt experience of energy. I teach traditional Usui Reiki but in a non-traditional way, weaving in shamanic techniques and the various tips and tricks I have gathered along my own path. My belief is simple: the world needs healing now, and you are one of those healers.

This training is about remembering how to listen to your own body and the energy around you. While Level II is the stage where you could transition into becoming a professional practitioner and charge for your services, Level I provides the vital foundation you need to safely and confidently facilitate hands-on healing for others and yourself. You will walk away fully equipped to work on your family, your pets, and your community, even if you aren't yet at the stage of charging for sessions.

Reiki I is fun to learn! It is an expansive, eye-opening experience where you finally begin to understand the language of the subtle body. We make this a container where your unique questions, current skillsets, personal modalities, and heart wisdom are completely welcomed and celebrated.

Note: This certification is for the 1st out of 3 levels to become a Reiki Master. Reiki I is the foundational layer where you learn hands-on Reiki. Level II allows you to be a practitioner (where people pay you), as well as distant Reiki and the use of the sacred Reiki symbols.

The Journey

Day 1: The Foundation of Light & Heart Coherence
We begin by establishing a solid foundation of what Reiki Level I truly is, focusing on the physical level and the basis of hands-on healing. You will learn specific, varied techniques to ground and protect yourself, ensuring you stay in your own power while acting as a channel for sacred healing energy. We place a deep emphasis on reaching a state of heart coherence; this grounded, heart centered space is the essential requirement for any practitioner to safely connect with the divine and tap into their true intuition.

Day 2: Practical Application & Tapping Into Intuition The second day is dedicated to the "other,” noticing how energy actually moves through you and learning how to fully facilitate a session from start to finish. We will work together as a group and in 1:1 pairings to facilitate and receive full sessions. This hands-on practice allows you to get un-guarded and see how your intuition comes through in real time. You will wrap up this second day by fulfilling a complete Reiki session on a classmate to ensure you feel entirely prepared, confident, and ready the moment you leave.

The Path of Mastery

While we are beginning with the physical foundation in this course, it is helpful to see the full path of the Usui lineage:

• Level I: Hands-on healing, self-care, and the essential basis of Reiki.

• Level II: Learning sacred symbols, distant healing, and beginning your professional practice where you can charge for your services if you wish to.

• Level III: Stepping into your full spiritual authority and learning to lead as a teacher.

What Exactly Is Included

We cover all the core, traditional essentials you would expect from a Reiki course, but we take it a step further by integrating real-world energetic application and sovereignty work.

• The Fundamentals: What Reiki is, the rich history of the Usui lineage, and the profound physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the practice.

• The Attunement: The sacred process of opening your healing channels and permanently activating your life force energy.

• Session Mechanics: Step-by-step instruction on how to conduct an in-person session, basic hand positions, and essential Reiki techniques.

• Client Care: Comprehensive information on how to hold space, how to be with a client, and the immense importance of the energetic preparation before a session and integration after a session.

Tips & Tricks

• Grounding & Protection: Multiple varied grounding techniques and the tools required to fully protect your own energy field as well as your client’s field.

• The Healer’s Embodiment: A deep look at the absolute necessity of your own continuous healing and soul work as an energy practitioner, focusing on embodiment, true groundedness, and always coming from a heart centered space so you never feel drained.

• Tapping Into Your Intuition: Everyone has their own unique energetic gifts. We will work directly on uncovering yours, learning how to leverage them both in your everyday life and during a formal session.

• My Personal Toolkit: Different techniques, tips, and tricks I have learned along my own path for navigating energy work with more depth, ease, and magic.

Hands-On Integration & Materials

• Immersive Practice Time: Dedicated 1:1 time working on one another to build the physical "muscle memory" of a healer.

• Live Practice & Real-Time Feedback: You won't just be reading from a manual; you receive direct, personalized feedback from me as you practice so you can refine your technique on the spot.

• Level I Booklet: A detailed guide to support your ongoing practices, containing all grounding protocols, curriculum notes, and shamanic energy healing tips.

• Reiki Level I Certificate: Awarded immediately at the end of day two after you successfully facilitate your integration session.

• Integration Homework: You will leave with intentional homework and practices to keep your channels open and strong, whether or not you eventually choose to return for Reiki II.

Reclaiming Your Sovereignty: A Masterclass in Your Authentic Soul Wisdom

This 5 hour intensive is designed to help you break that cycle, strengthen your internal compass, and take your power back.

While we use herbs and nutrition as our primary teachers during this day retreat, the tools you learn are meant to be applied to every single facet of your life. Life is simply a series of decisions where there is no objective good or bad, only choices that either resonate with your frequency or don’t. When you begin to follow your soul wisdom, your choices finally start feeling good and it becomes easier to navigate everything from the practitioners you hire and the food you eat for longevity to your broader career and life path.

What We Will Explore

• Defining the Soul Voice: We will identify the distinct shift between your true intuition and the voices of fear or the mind that often create noise and confusion.

• The Power of Sovereignty: You will learn how to draw in and know everything you need for yourself, moving away from a state of dependency and into a state of self-governance.

• The Language of the Body: We will explore how to recognize if a situation, food, or person resonates with your unique makeup through temperature, sentiment, and physical sensation.

• Micro-Level Training: We focus on getting used to this connection on a micro level so that you are fully prepared to trust yourself when the big life decisions arise.

The Practice

We begin in a heart centered space, using meditation to ground into the body before moving into hands on exploration and energetic testing.

• Herbal Resonance: You will be drawn to specific tinctures and we will look at the psycho-spiritual meanings behind those plants to reveal what your spirit is already asking for.

• The Somatic Connection: We will practice placing herbs or even just the names of plants in your hand to notice the immediate response from your nervous system, observing how even a simple word can turn your system "on" or "off."

• Pulse Dosing: You will learn to test herbs with yourself and others to feel the immediate shift in your energetic field.

• Muscle Testing: I will teach you different ways to muscle test yourself and others as a tool to train your intuition. This helps you confirm what your body resonates with before you take action, and we will even dive into organ muscle testing to help you understand how to build a protocol that actually fits your unique needs for vitality.
